*) Members of the Czech Orthodontic Society - orthodontic specialists, full time in the Orthodontic University Department with at least 3 education posts for postgraduate orthodontic students (written affirmation).
**) Members of the Czech Orthodontic Society – dentists in the postgraduate education for orthodontics, who are full-time in University Orthodontic Department (certified by the Head of Orthodontic Department)
***) Dental students (certificate from the University needed). The fee includes entrance to the congress for three days.

Registration fees include 21 % VAT.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

Cancellation of registration

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing about the cancellation of registration e-mail COS2020@guarant.cz . Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress. :

The following cancellation conditions apply:
Dates Cancellation fee
Cancellation before June 30, 2020 full refund of the registration fee less 30 EUR handling fee
From July 1 to August 14, 2020 50% registration fee
After August 15, 2020 No refund

If a change or cancellation made by a participant in registration or accommodation results in a refund, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.

If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be reported in writing to the Congress Secretariat. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. No name change will be possible after August 15, 2020.

VISA

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here .
